The test raw materials are first melted and homogenized by a single screw extruder, and then transported at a constant speed by a melt pump to a mold head equipped with a 10 μ m (1250 mesh) filter screen. The instrument measures and records the pressure change curve of the melt before the filter screen in real time and automatically calculates the filtration pressure value (FPV) to characterize the dispersion performance of color masterbatch or other filling materials | |
